thisvillage.com was established in the year 2000 in order to offer small villages the chance to have a presence on the internet.
Unfortunately, as is the nature of the beast, my ideas were very soon rediscovered by quite a few other people with more time and backing than myself. and the site has therefore become a hobby more than a business.
I have therefore decided to re-design the front page to be more of a links page to sites that I think are appropriate rather than trying to host these sites myself. I hope you find it usefull.
